The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the third and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement announced July 15, 2013, and Sept. 5, 2013.

Number of shares: 2.05 million shares

Purchase price: Eight cents per share

Warrants: 2.05 million share purchase warrants to purchase 2.05 million shares

Warrant exercise price: 10 cents for a one-year period and 12 cents in the second year

Number of placees: Nine placees

Finder's fee: $11,520 payable to 360 Aviation Services Inc. (Pamela Smith-Gander)
