Mr. Gary Musil reports

HIGHBANK ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

At Highbank Resources Ltd.'s annual and special meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver on May 29, 2012, all resolutions as presented in the Information circular and proxy were approved, which included the election of the board of directors. The directors consist of Jake Bottay, Gary Musil, Victor N. Bryant, Luard J. Manning and Bradley L. Jones. MacKay LLP, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as auditor.

Appointment of officers

At the meeting of the board of directors, held immediately following the annual meeting, the following were appointed as officers of the company:

President and chief executive officer: Mr. Bottay

Corporate secretary and chief financial officer: Mr. Musil

Vice-president -- aggregate operations: Stan Spletzer

Appointment of audit committee

Members of the audit committee appointed were Mr. Musil, Mr. Bryant and Mr. Manning.
