Regarding my earlier question about a possible spin-off of Roughrider, I found out that this is already in place.

A Terra Ventures NR from April 03 2007 states that

"The 90% remaining working interest in the property is held by Roughrider Uranium Corp. ("Roughrider"), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hathor Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: HAT)."

So there is already a separate company established which holds the remaining 90% of Roughrider !

No problem to sell this asset to somebody and keep Hathors other properties under the Hathor umbrella.
