08:51 AM EST, 12/13/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Harte Gold (HRT.TO) said late Tuesday that it will issue 55.3 million common shares at $0.47 apiece and 1.8 million flow through shares at $0.56 each in a private placement transaction, raising gross proceeds of $27 million.
Net proceeds will be used to fund continued development of the Sugar Zone Property and for general working capital purposes.
