The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement announced Nov. 28, 2008.

Number of shares: 1.06 million flow-through shares and 1.5 million non-flow-through shares

Purchase price: Five cents per share

Warrants: 750,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 750,000 non-flow-through shares

Warrant exercise price: 10 cents for a two-year period

Hidden placees: Two hidden placees participated

Insiders: Lynda Bloom, 360,000; Nick DeMare, 200,000
