Gen 4 QRR Financing

Just curious on what everyone thinks how the fundraising will go. 40 million is very large for a small cap to raise.

seems like Canada's Cleantech innovation fund is on hold.

will the two NextGen QRR's be installed in France? Funding might come that side of the pond?

im just hoping they don't dilute us like crazy. I'm expecting some dilution though
