Yup, some competition is needed to deliver a quality system. 

didn't the smaller reactor shared by HPQ awhile ago use Aluminum nano power? I wonder what's going to be cheaper for powered fuel. 

HPQ will be able to control their supply chain straight from Quarts... hard to do that with metals like Aluminum.
