With respect to LG, I certainly see that as a possibility - with the Nano and carbon coating referenced as it is probably a short list of players that will have this capability.  They would just need the silicon at a certain size and purity (and possibly carbon coated) and LG would do the rest.  I imagine they would want multiple suppliers for supply chain diversity and to meet the overall demand in my view.
