Message: RSiN vs SiNR

I understand that the SiNR produces nano powder and nano wire, now we have a RSiN to produce hydro gen in league with EBH2,is the RSiN a new reactor or a modified NSiR?from my understanding the MOU with EBH2 was an electrolysis' system using just water to produce Hydrogen ,and your TREHKY system uses a powder to produce hydrogen,so why is HPQ working with EBH2 to use powder, why not use trehky seeing that they have a system that uses powder, they seem to be a better fit, having already developed a hydrolysis  system.
If we are going to develop a system with the RSiN in partner with EBH2 will we be changing the terms of the MOU ,and what does EBH2 bring to the table?
