Just in case it isn't a Merry Christmas or Happy New Year for some share holders the company isn't claiming to have actually have said it would be a Merry Christmas or a Happy New Year to make sure there is no liability attached to the company. I thought the same way too funny, but I guess I could have sued if I didn't get what I wanted for Christmas, or my New Year didn't end up happy.
