He may heard about it when first released but thought nothing of it as he was too busy to get into the details. I think you are over analizing in my opinion it doesn't matter when Bernard heard this or that. I want to know where are we at with the pilot plant, I am sure that the part that had been delayed has now been received. Plus I want to know if this new gadjet works or not. Doesn't matter who said what or when just tell me where we are at with the pilot plant, or what the results of the tests are on the nano powders or are.
