Officially we have 3 employees a CFO, a COO, and a Director - Digital Marketing and Web Performance and then me.  Since I get paid through my company, I am not an employee for say but a contractual (people that have read the Information Circular should know this).

At this stage we are limited in the numbers of employees we can have by some of the loan covenants emanating from the IQ financing, so yes, I end up wearing many hats.

We are working on building our staffing over time, but until now I was not that much in a hurry to increase the size of HPQ payroll, as I prefer to invest funds in our ongoing R&D.

But it is hard to say that HPQ is a one-man show, as I work closely with staff, board members, outside consultants and PyroGenesis personnel.
