As an owner of both HPQ Silicon and Pyrogenesis, I know and understand that the 2 companies are intertwined in many ways, and although I have some knowns, I still believe there are unknowns that I have been unable to sort out on my own as it relates to the futures of both HPQ Silicon and HPQ Nano.
What I would like to know, is what I can put into each of these lists as responsibilities. Think, if HPQ Nano were to be spun out(hypothetically), what is stuck to it, and what is not?
This is what I have gathered so far:
August 18/2020 HPQ Silicon News Releases) -https://hpqsilicon.com/press-release/hpq-silicon-and-pyrogenesis-sign-a-nano-silicon-development-agreement/
From my understanding of the agreements, this is how it looks to me.
HPQ Nano:
-financing, and sales of all nano-silicon materials made with PUREVAP NSiR process for using spherical nano-silicon for use in Lithium Ion Batteries
OR
- financing, and sales of all nano-silicon materials made with PUREVAP NSiR.
HPQ SILICON RESOURCES:
- Owns a large percentage of Beauce Gold Fields
- Financing and sales from the PUREVAP QRR
- Quartz mining and ownership of quartz assets
UNKNOWN TO ME:
Is HPQ NANO simply a "battery company" as PYR CEO Peter Pascali referred to it during his most recent Q&A?
Does the hydrogen application(current collaboration with Apollon), using nano-silicon produced by the PUREVAP NSiR, get stuck to HPQ Nano, or HPQ Silicon Resources?
Any insight into this, and any other parts of the company and how they are structured into HPQ NANO, or not into it, would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers!
