I would prefer for them to wait until the share price reaches $5 US. I personally have been burned by several companies that make the jump prematurely. Their share price slumps and they have to do a reverse split to get their price back up to meet the requirements. It sucks holding penny stocks that the purchase price is now astronomical. Dead money.
