This values them at 3.3 billion! I'm still intrigued at how they will procure or make their nano silicon for their anode material. Is this the advanced materials developer??!? One can wish. 

This 100 GW plant will produce approx 1 million anode material, so ~ 1 million EV cars (What tesla eventually wants to produce a year), still alot of Nano Silicon needed. 

Just further reinforces Bernards statement that he's the other publicly traded nano silicon producer and as more eyes are on Sila tech (I imagine they will get bigger), the silicon space will attract some more eyes at whose publicly traded
