Hi Funkstuff,

I seem to have a different view of the materiality here. 

Taken together, the press release we issued on August 18 and September 1, 2020, pretty much covered the issue...

My understanding of materiality here is more that we would have had to issue a press release if we had not made the payment within the 30 days period.

So conclusion, payment made, we are all working on getting the nanopowders sample ready by December 2020.
