 I would like to know the tradeoff of using silicon nanopowders to produce hydrogen fuel in energy consumption.  Do do use more energy to go from SiO2 to Si (PUREVAP)and then from Si + water to SiO2 and H2 and then using the H2 and O to generate heat and water.  Im a Mechanical Engineer not Chemistry Engineer
