Voici ce que j'ai lu sur Stockhouse et ca semble tres probable...

JV with HPQ and PYR (powder division spin off)?

-PyroGenesis has more than 10% HPQ;

-PyroGenesis is talking about an imminent "SPIN OFF" of its 3D printer powders and other powders and nano powders division;

I, for one, think PYR is going to merge (JV) with HPQ or buy (BUYOUT) HPQ. I believe more in an imminent JV.
