The press release is clear:

A series of recent tests carried out at INRS (National Institute for Scientific Research) on a material produced by the RRQ GEN2 PUREVAPTM (“GEN2”) have demonstrated its ability to advantageously replace graphite in Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries while limiting the drawbacks inherent in silicon anodes.

Be assured that if we had information relating to tests made with porous silicon with the Apollo process, we would have disclosed it.

As for the next steps, as I say next I have some reservations.
