Hi Flyby,

The reason why there was no mention of BGF and it's listing date, in the Corporate update, is that following the December 31, 2018 shares distribution,  HPQ is now, like everyone else, a simple shareholder of BGF.

While the management may be the same, fact is that press release and information about BGF will now be done via BGF press releases.

As far as HPQ is concerned, we stand by our December 17,  2018 release:

The company will announce the listing date of BGF shares on the TSX Venture Exchange as soon as it receives confirmation from the exchange.
