Hi Silver, If you read the last news about BGF spin-out you can find: An Information Circular containing the Plan of Arrangement will be mailed to shareholders 25 days priors to the date of the meeting. The board of directors of the corporation has unanimously approved the arrangement and recommends that shareholders vote in favour of the Arrangement. The AGM is on August 10th, so we should receive the documents for the spin-out around July 16th. Fkdy
