Message: Patent Question Take # 33...

Hi All,

It seems that once again some posters are trying to a re-introduce doubt about the project potential success base on their interpretation of the implications of the WIPO preliminary comment on the patentability of the Purevap process.

This is not a new subject or issue (it's been around for over a year) and it will continue to re-appear on a regular basis until we will are in fact granted a patent...

The fact is that HPQ management and PYR management have addressed all questions on the subject on many occasions over the last year...

But people like Steven and the basher on Stockhouse Goodlife22 and Deeppak10solar are trying once again to revive this subject... with Goodlife22 (AKA Stocknews101) even insinuating that I should be held accountable for my comments ...

So I have no intention of wasting more time repeating myself, simply do a search on the subject on both HPQ and PYR forum on Agoracom....

If, after doing your DD, Steven you became uncomfortable with the risk profile of the project and chose to liquidate your position,  that is why the market is there...

But where I have an issue, it is with the words you have chosen Steven to justify your decision...

Your recommendation that ... you "Do your Due diligence, consult a patent lawyer that has absolutely no bias or is totally uninvolved in the process. Ask questions to the CEO of both PYR and HPQ. get clarity." is sensible.

But I must remind all that  we (HPQ and PYR) have patent attorneys and agents working on the process, so when we replied to these questions and we state that we are confident that, in the end, we will get patent protection, for our process, we base ourselves on the professional opinion of experts...

So the real question one must ask himself is why you (Steven) have chosen to believe the words of the anonymous posters (Stocknews101, (now using the handle Goodlife22),  Kade1, to name but a few) on boards over HPQ and PYR management answers....

Because that is exactly what you're saying...

"In fact, I still have a small number of shares left after I dumped the majority of my position as a hedge in case this company ever knocks it out of the park

They have managed to scare you into selling the bulk of your holdings, and that was their goal and they succeeded and that is now what you are trying to do to others when you write:

"I'm not trying to short the stock, I have no nefarious purposes other than trying to educate people here on the patent process with regards to PYR's claim."

Interesting...

Anyway, let me just conclude that for a project with, as you say..  ..."as far as I understand it, on this patent application, there isn't one" 'inventive step'. ... I get a lot of request for information from players in the industry that keep wanting to know more about our new and innovative process to produce solar grade silicon metal...

Regards
