Bernard,

On Dec. 18, when you announced the agreement with Apollon Solar, I thought that the details of the agreement would be announced in a subsequent press release. I’m very happy with your decision to add Apollon’s expertise to the team, I expect it will help HPQ to accelerate the application of it’s business plan, but this is only a subjective evaluation of the agreement. You are now telling us that Apollon has requested that you keep the terms of the agreement confidential. This might work for a privately owned company, but it is not satisfactory for shareholders of a publicly listed company, also I suspect that it will not be enough to satisfy potential future investors. More information is needed in order to be able to objectively evaluate this agreement.

- Is the decision to keep the details confidential only a temporary measure that will be reversed in due time? If so, can you tell at what point you will be in a position to publish these details.

- Does this agreement have to be filed with the market authorities, and get it’s approbation? If it has to be filed, has it been filed already, or how long do you expect it will take for it to be filed?

Thank you!
