Aiiiiight did some calculations and it looks like any costs in the timeline related to the mini lab scale pilot plant don't count towards the 200 TPA Pilot Plant cost. So ignore the 2015 $207k, $120k and 2017 $170k.

The costs towards the total $8,260,000 so far:

2016 Patent Purchase - $1,000,000

2016 Pilot Plant fabrication - $1,862,000

2017 Pilot Plant construction - $1,329,000 

Total spent up to Q3 2017 - $4,191,000

Remaining $4,069,000 to be paid:

2017 Q4 Pilot Plant completion - $1,239,000

2018 Q1 Hot commissioning - $520,000

2018 Pilot Plant operation and training - $2,310,000 (monthly payments over 2018)

So total spent up to Q3 2017 $4,191,000 + remaining Q4 2017 / 2018 $4,069,000 = $8,260,000
