Hi Dufjam,

Allow me to comment on your statement:

“I would like to argue that time estimates should still be offered, otherwise there will never be a sense of urgency to buy stock in this company.  For the share price to go up, or to not slide further, people need to see hard targets and timelines offered, even if they do get missed.  Otherwise, fickle venture investors will just put their money somewhere else and come back later.”

While I agree with you that in theory time estimates should be offered, the problem is that with most R&D project like ours, time estimates are nothing more then serious guestimates, and I would argue that often giving too many updates on a start-up timeline place too much expectation on the actual start of the project, and people then to forget that once a new machine start, the results are not instantaneous.

What often happens is that the news about the actual start of the plant become so expected that investors use that as a reason to sell on the news, and then a cascading effect occurs were people seeing other selling on the news, decide they must sell before other people do, and so on…

What we are hoping to be able to execute is that instead of having simply one focus (ie: getting the pilot plant started), we will be working at the same time on a few different parallel projects all related to out goal of becoming a vertically integrated player in the solar industry.

That way, if one project is delayed we have other things to talk about….

Finally, I will end this with a word of wisdom from my first boss in the industry, and what he told me is very true, he said:

“When you hit a new milestones, remember that your biggest pool of future buyer will always be the old buyer that sold, because at one point the believed in the story…”

So I am a strong believer that when the Gen 2 starts giving us good results we will be able to get investors as excited about our story as they were in the first half of 2016.

Hope this helps

Best regards;

Bernard Tourillon
