Message: 3 million shares debt

What a waste of time,

As I have all already stated here before the debt for settlement announced on October 3, 2017, is covered by the standard four-month hold period.

But I guess my word is not good enough for you....

So here is the additional proof you requested:  The four-month hold is definitely there because it is a legal requirement in any debt for share issuance.

And this exact subject is covered by Rules 43-102 Art 2.3, Art 2,5 and Annexe D article 2.14 that clearly stated that an issuance of shares to pay a debt requires 4 months hold period.

Now, why was it not included in the press release? Simple oversite.  But since we don't really have an obligation to repeat what is implicit in the law, we did not bother to issue another press release on the subject.

Once again much ado about nothing!
