Hi, Rds44,

We are advancing on the execution of our business plan, unfortunately, at this time all that I can say is confirm that this payment is not related to our Gold venture, but is related to our Quartz to Solar Venture. 

I am fully aware that this may not be a satisfactory answer, but it is really all that I can say right now.
