Hi Patience 123,

Once Again, I think that most of the points raised by your questions have been addressed by our presentation and video, I will make an effort to reply to our questions.

Regarding your question:

·      Usually the beginning of large projects such as these weather its an opening of a new mine or new plant ect is a newsworthy event.  Was there a reason there was no news release regarding breaking of ground on the pilot plant?..

Well, I guess that we have a question of perception, for me the 200 TPA pilot plant equipment we order is not a large project, but an important de-risking stage of our development, just like a follow-up drilling program.

Our original plan was to have regular update on the progression of the pilot plant project, but when we looked at some of the milestones we were going to reached on the way to finishing the project, we came to realized that it would simply not be practical to issue updates, and base on our need for secrecy of the process, our update would be for the most part very light on details.

Regarding your question:

 ·      We realize that PYR has U.S military projects going on in there and thus the reason for no pictures ect to the public. But I ask you this since you would have access to the progress on the plant. My final question is. If you were to eyeball a percentage of the completion, how much of the pilot construction would you say is completed at this time?

At this stage, I prefer not to venture any number, because this forum is not the place where such information should be disseminated first.

I am planning to sit down with Pyrogenesis to prepare an update on the updated lab scale equipment and once we will have that system up and running we will issue an update press release on the pilot plant.

Investors should remember that all our presentations, press release and financial statements have forward-looking statements disclaimers, and these disclaimers are there for a reason, the project we are developing is speculative in nature and that implies that timeline given out are forward looking in nature.

Regards,
