The information that you gave this board is incorrect and not in the best interest of the company or it's shareholders.I wanted to find out if this was true or not so i gave management a call yesterday and talked to PATRICK LEVASSEUR WHO IS PRESIDENT & COO.I asked him with what he told me about the debt if i could pass it on to my fellow shareholders and he is more than happy to get the word out. The debt has been SETTLED and company is moving ahead as planned.These so called debts were a result of their involement in the uraninum businessback a while.PATRICK also stated that they have over 200,000 in cash but this money is basically for administration and not going for exploration.

Going back to june when they started to do the trenching dealing with the tailings in my personal opinion i believe that there is gold that has settled a few meters below the tailings considering that years back when they were mining this area there was a lot of gold that was never recovered.This company has a lot of potential to take of real fast when they put out a news release.
