I have been looking at Gryphon for a little while and now have purchased some shares (at great prices these days as well, I might add!).
The interviews (links under Media on the Gryphon website): http://www.gryphongold.com/main/media
were helpful to get a sense of who Tony Ker, the CEO is and where the company is going. They have a plan, and they have properties that have a history of gold production. The Borealis property has especially high potential.
I also like that the Nevada Eagle properties will provide a fair chunk of positive cashflow to help offset operating and exploration expenses.
Considering that price of gold is likely to continue to climb, and that Gryphon has the resources and a plan to get it into production relatively quickly, this seems like an investment with a high probability of significant SP growth and a positive future.
JMHO.
