Management has done a great job from inception regarding the mining operations planning and execution. Their PR is forthright, informative, timely and regular. The bottom line indicates that cost per ounce is being successfully addressed and Marketing doesn't seem to be having any trouble locating a home for the finished product.
They subscribe to the organic growth business methodology, which tends to lead to more deliberation before spending decisions are made than when corporate execs are turned loose with OPM. However, it requires patience (from management and investors alike).
I'm hoping Bob Archer and his crew will be around to guide the company from soup to nuts because we're nowhere near finished our dessert course yet.
