CEDAR MOUNTAIN ACQUIRES STERLING MINING DE MEXICO

Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. has acquired 99 per cent of the outstanding shares of Sterling Mining de Mexico, a subsidiary of Sterling Mining Co.

The assets of Sterling Mining de Mexico include mineral properties in the state of Zacatecas in central Mexico totalling approximately 5,400 hectares, as well as significant Mexico tax credits. The acquisition was completed with an arm's-length party for consideration of $240,000 (U.S.).
