The negotiations and discussions were not public knowledge until recently.

Many GRC shares were accumulated from December 16, 2009 to early June 2011. Possibly $0.70 average; Hi: $1.20 Low: $0.60 (i believe)

It appears that as a result of the June 2011 Premier offer, shares acquired by savvy non insiders during the Dec. `09 – June`11 period, resulted with a large short term percentage increase per share.

Possibly, the shares acquired during the period may vote in favour of the “Arrangement``.
