Important catalysts for Goldstone “GRC” over the next 9 months include:

1) More assay results from continuing 2011 drill programs at Key Lake and Hardrock properties.

Expect more drill results soon after 43-101 reserve estimate release.

2) Drilling results from Beardmore area including; Northern Empire, Sand River and Leitch properties.

3) Updated resource estimate expected soon on the Hardrock gold deposit project; possibly a “PEA” completed by the end of 2011; and the completion of a feasibility study by the end of 2012.
