As a former Roxmark shareholder for a few years.. I am somewhat dismayed at seeing our stockprice decline to the levels we have now seen..

At the shareholders meeting in December, we were told it would take about 3 months to look over all the assets and prepare the upcoming a driilling program . I suspect that all expected, that by now (over 4 months) , we would have seen some movement toward doing some drilling by this time.

Unfortunately.. for unknown reasons .. I do not see any announcement(s) of such, but do see that our past president has resigned.. unfortunately.

I am hoping that this latest announcement is the end of the latest bad news .. and that the new people now in charge, are attempting to show us shareholders some real value in this project.

I would also mention that I personally found our past president very forthcoming with information about the company in the past.. and hopefully the new president will continue in much the same fashion.

Time will tell.. IMHO
