Sure hope that the pending news isn't some sort of takeover offer!... Unless the offer is for above $1.50!! TSX-V investors are becoming conditioned to these low-ball offers of 30%-50% premiums , forgetting that the stock's SP have been manipulated downwards by 70-80% ...

possibly 43-101 update already???
