Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in and Golden Predator Continue to Work Together

Vancouver, Canada— January 8th, 2013: In light of recent Yukon Court of Appeals decisions regarding aboriginal consultation, Golden Predator Corp. (TSX:GPD) and Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in seek to provide clarity that the Brewery Creek project, which is subject to a Socio Economic Accord between THFN and Golden Predator, is not impacted by this decision. THFN and Golden Predator also wish to reaffirm their commitment and support for the Brewery Creek project, with the anticipation that the Brewery Creek project will be the Yukon’s next producing gold mine in a collaborative cooperative and mutually beneficial manner.

Both Golden Predator Corp and Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in are committed to continuing to work together to foster the well-being of Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Citizens, and to achieve successful licensing, permitting and profitable operation of Golden Predator’s proposed Brewery Creek mine.
