Golden Predator Further Expands Brewery Creek’s Bohemian ‐Schooner Zone http://www.goldenpredator.com/documents/GPDNR11-26-BC-Schooner-results_000.pdf Vancouver, British Columbia — July 7, 2011: Golden Predator Corp.
(TSX:GPD) (the “Company”) is
pleased to announce additional assay results from the eastern section of Bohemian
Schooner Zone at its
flagship Brewery Creek Project. Significant results include 46.5 m of 1.54 g/t gold in hole BC11‐

beginning at a depth of 22.5 m, 24.0 m of 1.65 g/t gold in hole BC11 ‐
217 beginning at a depth of 62.5
m, and 10.87 m of 7.57 g/t gold in hole BC11 ‐227 beginning at a depth of 33.5 m
. Twelve of the
seventeen new holes intersect significant mineralization. The Bohemian
Schooner Zone has now been
extended to approximately 1 km in length and remains open along strike to the east as well as down dip. These latest holes were designed to delineate the main structure along the eastern section of the Bohemian
Schooner Zone. Peripheral holes that were drilled through strata that comprise either the
hanging wall or footwall of the target structure also show minor mineralization away from this main structure. The central portion of the zone is located under a bog which the Company intends to infill drill during the winter freeze
Schooner
Zone as well as other high
priority targets throughout the Project area. Additional 2011 Diamond Drill Holes at Bohemian ‐

3 Ongoing Brewery Creek Drill Program 4 Overview of the 2011 Brewery Creek Drill Program The 2011 drill program at Brewery Creek has been designed to expand the recently discovered Bohemian
Schooner Zone and evaluate numerous coincident geophysical and geochemical anomalies.
Ongoing drilling continues to test strike and dip continuity of mineralization along this major structure as well as adjacent areas and explore for potential subsidiary structures. In addition, drilling has commenced on several other target areas elsewhere on the expansive Brewery Creek Project. The Brewery Creek Project is located 55 km due east of Dawson City, Yukon and comprises 997 quartz claims over 187 km
leach gold mine that operated from
1996
2002 and produced 279,541 ounces of gold. Current resources remaining on the property include
an Indicated Resource of 3.98 MM tonnes grading 1.135 g/t gold and an Inferred Resource of 2.2 MM tonnes averaging 2.01 g/t gold (Diment and Simpson, 2009). The Brewery Creek Project is authorized under a Type A Water License and a production license with expiry dates of December 31, 2021. Sampling Methodology, Quality Control and Assurance Samples were fire assayed by ALS Chemex in Vancouver. Refer to the Company’s news release dated March 24, 2011 for a complete discussion of sampling methods, quality control and assurance.
