I assume the rest of you have also noticed the improvement in performance here on Agoracom, I have been asked (by Agoracom) to let you know that it is not accidental. Agoracom received a much larger, much quicker adoption of the site than they had anticipated and as a result the initial site was simply not robust enough to handle the traffic.

According to Agoracom it is our fault (stated tongue-in-cheek); they are very happy with the participation and are more than happy to have to upgrade the server, given the reason behind it.

By the way, if any of the rest of you have been somewhat annoyed (like I was) at the way you get a large space every time you press "Enter"; there is a way around it. If you press "shift" + "Enter" you will get a line feed without the inter-paragraph spacing. Just a minor operational tip for contributors.
