Yes, nothing but disappointments since that fateful day in Sept. 2011.

With the sale of Valardena, they have lost their income generator, but will receive $22MM if the sale goes through.  With a market cap of $30MM/ $35MM (fully diluted with their generous option distribution  to "key?" employees/BOD's), the stock currently at $.31 values El Quevar, et. al. remaining at $8-$13MM.

GWR, would you care to guess what the remaining properties might be worth, and what you think they intend/hope to do with them?
