Clevenger never left!

As I pointed out several weeks ago, the board chose the new President, but Clevenger is the chairman of the board.

That fact alone influences how the day to day thinking of the company goes.

Also, ask yourself this,

"Why is Clevenger up for re-election and who is going to vote him back as the Board Chairman?"
