this is 100% correct, I have been saying privately for months that dollar must retest 93 and then original breakout between 88-89 before it can ever go higher longer term. Some think US rate hikes would be dollar positive initially, I don't agree and they don't know history. US dollar substantially higher in the present economic circumstances is death knell for the world & US economy.
