This recent exchange of views about the vote implies that there is some reason to vote against the proposal presented to the shareholders. Does anyone here have a logical reason to vote against the proposal? If so, what would be visualized as the result of the proposal being turned down? I can't see a good alternative to doing what is being recommended.
