a young lady at Alliance Advisors who have been retained by Golden.

They are soliciting votes on behalf of the resolution to issue shares in lieu of loan received from the Sentient Group.

I know it will be up to me how I vote, but does anyone have any suggestions or are we just "fish in a barrel"?
