I have not read it in detail but it appears to me to mean that AUM owes Sentient $5 million and won't have the cash to make a payment that comes due at the end of January. Whether that is the whole $5 million I haven't read enough to know but it sounds like AUM will have to pay the debt in shares or risk having Sentient act against AUM in some other legal way to get their money or the equivalent in assets from either AUM or any of its related companies. I don't have time right now to thoroughly research the document. It does seem that AUM has no recourse but to seek shareholder approval and issue the shares to Sentient.
