There is about zero risk of the company not surviving this unbelieveable downturn in this precvious metals sector and junior companies. This doesn't change the fact the share price has been decimated or shareholders are not happy or even want to strike out at the company, etc. In the junior sector almost every company is a target for these kind of comments.

Although some may not think so the Golden Minerals production plan is good, seems to be on-track and based on projections should make some money at these low prices. Plus the company has numerous other valuable properties besides Velardena plus hard assets on the ground. The market has spoken about the whole sector but this doesn't mean it's right about valuations as markets are never right at the extreme tops or extreme bottoms.

Buy low priced valuable assets that are being given away to make real money no matter the reasons, this happens in markets rarely and is a gift to anyone with capital available. Listen to this interview for a different perspective:

This is the worst junior market I have ever seen but I suspect those saying this will create/lead to the best market in juniors ever witnessed will probably be right much more than all of us but for sure everyone is entitled to an opinion or view.
