I agree with everything that Bill Holter says in his article.

There is, however, one more thing I would like to add.

In our so-called sophisticated world, how many Americans would be willing to exchange their lives and innocent civilian lives, for a coffin? How many in the military would do so if they had a choice, because that will be the eventual outcome.

Sure, a lot of those opposed would die too, but is everyone still so stupid, that they would willingly die for such a stupid cause.

Remember, death is infinite.

What needs to happen is to relegate egos to the garbagecans and work out a plausible solution. Money or wealth is NOT the answer.

The innocent children of this world deserve nothing less.
