negative feedback, but what the heck.

This is one of the few times I agree with management. They need cash, not a lot, but enough to carry them through to the end of next year. This will do it, imo.

The offering represents less than ten percent of the official shares in circulation and it is done at a time when who knows what will happen in the next two or three months. Yes, there were better times to raise the money and yes, there is definitely incompetence at both the board level and management level, but this decision is a good decision.

How would you raise the necessary cash if you were in the "hot seat"?
