Comment:

I'm aware that Canada has virtually no gold reserves, but the part in the snippet above is what I was really interested in. Problem is, Canada has a huge debt (i.e. Bottom line; negative assets), so wouldn't apply anyway.

Just curious wondering what Canada's politicians would do if any referendum was forced by the people.

However Canada's population have become too apathetic to even care. The majority either accept, or feel they have no say, so go along with whatever tptb decide.
