The three voting items outlined in the proxy were approved by a vast majority of shareholders. Warren Rehn provided detailed property updates, including drilling and the status of restart planning at Velardeña as well as the next steps in that process. He also discussed details of recent and current drilling at Los Azules. Jeff provided a look-back at 2013 and look forward to the remainder of this year.
